I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. The staff even helped me find something valuable once. Can't wait to visit again! Free Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen amenities, and express check-in/out make it perfect for my trip.

The bed was super comfy, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower were great. The location and parking were good, especially at the Quayside apt they gave us instead. Despite a missing staff, communication was generally good, and we were provided with a hotel for the first night. The room had free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and a convenient electric kettle. The facilities also included a dryer, cookware, and kitchen utensils, which made our stay more convenient. The express check-in/out and VIP check-in/out services were mind-blowing. Plus, it was awesome that pets were allowed and there was a lift for easy access. The staff even put our food in the refrigerator for us! Can't wait to update once the promised reimbursements come through.

The location and parking at the Quayside apartment were convenient. Although the apartment was poorly stocked and dirty, the staff provided a hotel for the first night. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the centrally located Quayside apt in Newcastle for a weekend getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to parking. Although the staff was missing upon arrival, the communication was great and they promptly provided us with a hotel for the first night. The hotel was less expensive than our room, but unfortunately, we were not refunded the difference. Additionally, the staff promised reimbursement for parking and breakfast, but I am still waiting for it after 45 days.

The location was great, with convenient parking and a comfortable bed. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were very good. The staff was responsive and provided us with a hotel for the first night. The room had a balcony with a nice view, and the breakfast provided was a nice gesture.
The communication and follow-up from management regarding reimbursement and complaints were lacking.

We had a comfortable stay at the Quayside apt that was substituted for Week2Week Newcastle Central With Balcony. the bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were good. the location and parking at the Quayside apt were also convenient. Although there were some issues with the cleanliness and stock of the apartment, the staff provided us with a hotel for the first night. They even placed our food in the refrigerator for us. Communication was generally good throughout our stay. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍.
